This service level also offers 20 days Gold Service to cover the in-house DBA if they are on annual or sick leave.

  • Regular database consistency checks
  • Restoring production databases
  • Database instance configuration changes
  • Applying database hot fixes, security alerts, patches and service packs
  • Escalation of unresolved alerts and errors

  • 20 day coverage of Gold Service support a year
